How a11y.solutions handles information you share through this website.

This page describes what happens when you contact a11y.solutions about staff training, annotation of a sample, or a draft accessibility plan. It covers this website only.

Information you send us

If you use the contact form or email tim@a11y.solutions, we receive what you choose to include: your name, email address, organization if you provide one, and your message.

The form also asks whether you are a Title I school or Title I–related organization under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, and whether you are a state or local government public entity under Title II of the ADA. It asks whether you want to discuss staff training, disability awareness, annotation of a sample, or help drafting an accessibility plan. If you check those boxes, we receive that too. The form does not collect a hiring, firing, or reasonable-accommodation legal request, and it does not collect payment details.

How we use it

We use that information to reply to your inquiry and to follow up on the conversation you started. We do not sell personal information.

How the contact form works

Submitting the form prepares your message for a11y.solutions. Your browser may open your email application with the message ready for you to send. The message is sent when you send it from that application.
